Absolutely 100% confidential when we work together. Although coaching is different from working with a therapist, the rules of confidentiality still apply.
I have a Degree in Human Services as well as a Certification in Substance Abuse Counseling. I not only understand the importance or education but I also have a Coach myself. I am also currently enrolled in college for my A.A.S Health & fitness Degree. In addition, I have spent over two decades working with people in the Wellness Industry. My continued education via classes, workshops, and community engagement are a top priority for me. Being clear on the latest information when it comes to coaching people is crucial for offering you the best results.
This question comes up often when people connect with me. Being scared to open up is completely normal. It is to be expected when you try something new and different. We are wired to protect ourselves so anything that is not a part of our normal routine has the potential to make us want to fight or flight! I remember very vividly the first time I reached out for professional help, so I will honor that in our relationship. We will walk through each step together so you feel comfortable at all times. Stepping outside of our comfort zones is NOT EASY for most people and I am here to show you that not only is it safe but really exciting!
